Skylar's Diary #1: The Morning After a Halloween Party

A Halloween party, a friend's son home from college, and one very memorable morning after.

My diary entries are where I stop hiding behind characters and tell you about me. Entry #1 starts at a Halloween party and ends, well, the next morning. Here's a taste:

The next morning, I woke to the distinct sensation of being watched. I opened my eyes and found George propped up on one elbow, staring at me. His brown eyes were wide with appreciation, bordering on reverence. God, I loved that look.

I smiled, stretching my sore muscles, then slid my hand under the covers.

And it only gets more interesting when I ask whether he minds if I take some pictures for my husband.
